Guiding healthy movement from the start
Babies On Track is here to guide you in keeping your baby on the right track in achieving developmental milestones.
Movement in the first months shapes everything that follows.
Tummy time starts at day one
Healthy sensory-motor development doesn’t begin at 3 months. It begins from birth, with intentional tummy time.
Motor delays are no longer rare
Increase of neurotypical pre-schoolers, kindergartners and first graders requiring OT than in past years.
Early movement = lifelong skills
Posture, coordination, handwriting, attention, and confidence all build on early motor foundations.
You need guidance, not guesswork
This class gives you simple, practical tools to support your baby’s development from the very beginning.
Our Services
Prenatal and Postnatal Class
Evidence-based guidance for supporting your baby’s movement from day one. Learn how to safely introduce tummy time, reduce time in containers, and build strong motor foundations during the earliest, most critical months.
Occupational Therapy Evaluation
A comprehensive assessment of your baby’s motor, sensory, and developmental skills. Early insight allows for personalized recommendations that support healthy movement, coordination, and confidence.
Strategies to address flat head shape and neck tightness. Early intervention supports symmetrical movement, healthy head shaping, and smoother progression through motor milestones. Treatment WITHOUT a Helmet if treated earlier than 5 months
Plagiocephaly and Torticollis
Developmental milestones
Clear guidance to help you understand, track, and support your baby’s developmental progress. Learn what to expect at each stage and how to encourage skills through purposeful, age-appropriate movement.
Babies On Track is dedicated to prevention and early intervention in infant sensory-motor development. Through prenatal and postnatal education, we guide parents on how to position, move, and engage their babies in ways that prevent and address common early challenges, including plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome), while laying a strong foundation for lifelong movement and learning.
Modern babies spend more time on their backs and in containers than ever before. While back sleeping is essential for safe sleep, healthy development requires intentional movement while awake, especially tummy time.
Why tummy time matters
Builds strength in the head, neck, shoulders, and core
Supports rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking
Reduces the risk of plagiocephaly, now affecting nearly 1 in 2 infants
Supports posture, coordination, balance, vision, and feeding
Promotes healthy motor development and milestone progression
Without adequate tummy time, developmental milestones can be delayed.
The simple rule for healthy development
Sleeping baby = on their back
Awake baby = on their tummy
Tummy time is a simple, powerful activity that supports not only movement, but also speech, vision, digestion, coordination, and confidence. When done correctly and consistently, it strengthens postural muscles and provides the essential foundation for both gross and fine motor skills.
Learn how to do tummy time, so your baby actually loves it
We teach parents how to make tummy time safe, effective, and enjoyable from day one, so it becomes a natural part of daily life, not a struggle.
